Kelly is assisting our client in Whitehall, WI with an Administrative Support role.  This is a temporary opportunity! 
 
Perks of joining the team: 

  • Pay rate of $20/hour 

  • Wonderful opportunity with a reputable company and will fill up quickly! 

  • 1st Shift Hours:  Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm 

  • Weekly pay  

 

The basics of working Administrative Support include: 

  • Distribute necessary forms and materials to clients and forward them to the relevant personnel. 

  • Offer general clerical support, including tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, copying, opening and sorting mail, preparing outgoing mail, and typing various documents like correspondence, forms, and reports for the department. 

  • Save documents in electronic format using proper naming conventions. 

  • Establish and maintain case files, retrieve paper files upon request, and ensure the security and confidentiality of records. 

  • Assemble packets and folders as needed. 

  • Keep records well-organized for the annual audit. 

  • Manage and organize the office supply cabinet. 

  • Provide scanning assistance for program staff upon request. 

  • Participate in training sessions and other required meetings. 

  • Assist with answering phones, documenting referrals, and generating necessary reports. 

  • Offer reception coverage by delivering excellent customer service to the public, employees, and other individuals in person or over the phone regarding department programs and services. 

  • Direct clients to the appropriate staff or agency. 

  • Maintain a record of data related to reception services. 

  • Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned.
