Salary: $24.00-$27.00
Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM.
Duration: 5-6 months

What’s a typical day as an Accounting Specialist? You’ll be:
• Reconciling and recording box office, development, concessions, parking, merchandise, and rental deposits
• Creating and recording check requests
• Sorting and delivering mail
• Processing rental invoices
• Handling payroll accounting and resident company reconciliation
• Generating resident company invoices
• Managing auto billing development batch
• Processing payments and reconciling company visa statements
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• Have 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Possess strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
