Direct Hire Technical Support Specialist 
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM + OT (Monday – Friday)  
Pay: $75,000+ salary  
Location: Remote (with some travel required)

Kelly has partnered with a premier customer and seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team! 

The Technical Support Specialist will manage customer service inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues. This role involves remote troubleshooting, ticket management, collaborating with technicians, and ensuring timely resolution. Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for technical issues, providing remote troubleshooting and solutions.
•    Ticket Management: Manage service tickets, ensure timely follow-ups, and update service records.
•    Collaboration: Work with internal teams to expedite technical solutions.
•    Service Requests & Quotes: Process service requests and generate quotes for field repairs.
•    Parts Management: Locate, order, and track parts and service bulletins.
•    Customer Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of service tickets.
•    Service Follow-Up: Follow up with internal teams and customers to ensure ticket resolution.
•    Field Visits: Assist with planned field visits as needed.

Qualifications:
•    Education:  Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
•    Experience: 5+ years in a technical field (hydraulics, PLC, refrigeration, etc.).
•    Skills: Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, PLC, CAN-bus, and diesel systems.
•    Customer Service: Strong communication skills and prior customer service experience.
•    Software Proficiency: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•    Certifications: Refrigerant certification (Section 609, Type II) preferred.
