Pay rate: $20.50/ hour 
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm  
Term: Temp to hire

What’s a typical day as an Inventory Analyst? You’ll be:
• Tracking, analyzing, and managing inventory levels to maintain stock accuracy and availability across all locations.
• Conducting detailed data analysis to forecast demand, manage stock levels, and minimize excess inventory.
• Coordinating and performing regular cycle counts, analyzing results, and identifying root causes for discrepancies.
• Supporting accurate inventory valuation by collaborating with the accounting team.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to inventory processes and reporting procedures.
• Leveraging SAP to manage inventory records, run reports, and update master data.
• Preparing and distributing regular inventory reports for management.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on inventory needs and improve overall operations.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory analysis or accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Have advanced proficiency in Excel, including functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• Have experience with SAP inventory modules and accounting software.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
