What’s a typical day as a Production Supervisor Material Handling? You’ll be:
• Supervising, evaluating, and empowering an hourly team that produces manufactured products
• Organizing workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements
• Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work
• Verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts
• Driving to exceed personal, team, and company goals through servant leadership
• Building strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams

• Are a two-way communicator who actively listens to hourly team members, leaders, business partners, and customers
• Are highly committed to continuous improvement with a customer-first mindset

• Administer the collective bargaining agreement consistently and effectively
• Value different opinions and are open to ideas and perspectives from others
• Have 1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience
• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Have the ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends
• Have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
