Kelly Services in Kent, WA is holding a Hiring Event on Thursday, November 21st 2024 These are DIRECT HIRE positions in Sumner, WA.

1st shift 4:30am to 3pm $20.30- $24.00
2nd shift 3pm to 1:30am $22.33- $26.40
3rd shift 11pm to 7:30am $20.30- $24.00
- Assembly – The Assembler works according to takt time on a moving line or bench, performing finish assembly processes to mass-produce commercial aircraft composite products. semi-skilled worker who operates machines, factory-related processing equipment, or vehicles.
- Trimmer – The Trimmer uses hand tools or hand-held power tools to cut and trim a variety of manufactured composite parts. Trim and deburr fabricated components using pneumatic power tools. Sign off on all work performed, reporting all production discrepancies and schedule concerns to supervisor.
- Laminator – The Laminator performs a variety of techniques to laminate composite components according to drawings and Standard Work Instruction. Lay-up composite materials on mandrels according to the manufacturing plan and SWI instructions; wrap mold with composite materials, in preparation for curing process, to form composite parts.
