Sales Development Representative – Merchant Services

Kelly Services is looking for a Sales Development Representative with Merchant Services experience to join our team! This is a highly interactive sales opportunity where you will focus on business development through outbound calling and prospecting efforts with current customers. Your goal is to increase revenue by introducing them to our payment processing solutions.

Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Hours per week: 40
Days in Office: 2
Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00/hr plus monthly commissions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling current Sage customers.

  • Effectively manage client prospecting and the sales cycle.

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas as defined by the Supervisor.

  • Manage time and responsibilities efficiently.

  • Follow processes and demonstrate strong follow-through on tasks.

  • Exhibit familiarity with CRM systems and practices (e.g., Salesforce).

Job Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the merchant services/payment processing business.

  • Proven ability to self-source leads through cold calling.

  • Motivated self-starter with effective time management skills.

  • Strong understanding of closing techniques and sales processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
