Kelly Services is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Legal Administrator/Assistant will support the attorneys by handling a variety of administrative and legal support tasks, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations for a Law Firm in Phoenix, AZ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Administrator/Assistant will manage essential administrative responsibilities, support document preparation for court proceedings, and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Perform daily administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, organizing legal documents, and coordinating communication between attorneys, clients, and courts.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of documents for court proceedings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive client and case information.
- Provide general office support as needed to maintain an efficient work environment.
- 1-3 years of experience in a legal office or related setting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with legal document management and office software.
- Salary: $ 40,000 – $55,000 per year
- Hybrid schedule 2 days in office and 3 days remote/ Monday-Friday
