Kelly Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal/Legal Assistant for a Direct Hire position to join a Law Firm originally established in Washington, DC, that is expanding its offices to meet growing client demand in Phoenix, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Paralegal/Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting attorneys in various aspects of legal case preparation, research, and documentation. You’ll play a key role in organizing and managing case files, assisting with contract reviews, and ensuring all deadlines are met.

  • Prepare legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.

  • Organize and manage case files, ensuring documentation is current and complete.

  • Assist with contract reviews and support attorneys throughout litigation processes.

  • Maintain strict adherence to all deadlines to ensure efficient case progression.

  • 3-5 years of relevant legal experience in a similar role.

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Experience in Intellectual Property Law preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

  • Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 per year

  • Hybrid schedule 2 days in office and 3 days remote/ Monday-Friday
