Payrate: Up to $31 per hour
The Human Resources Coordinator will support the HR administration activities for employees across the U.S. organization. Working closely with the U.S. HR business partner (HRBP) team, this role is critical in providing administrative support for employee lifecycle activities—from hiring to departure—and ensuring a seamless HR experience for colleagues across the United States. The HR Coordinator will assist with various HR tasks and projects, collaborating with site HRBPs to ensure the smooth operation of HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Human Capital Management system (HCM) (SuccessFactors) for U.S. employees, including onboarding, employee data changes, one-time payments, job movements, and separations, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Track HR workflows to ensure timely approvals and follow up with managers and HRBPs as needed to address any delays.
- Provide general support to colleagues and/or HRBPs on benefits, payroll, and disability case management, assisting in issue resolution where applicable.
- Manage new hire onboarding process. Ensuring new hires complete the screening process on time, including I-9 and E-Verify management, and facilitate an engaging orientation experience.
- Weekly/Monthly report preparation distribution to finance, fleet, benefits, recruiting and total rewards teams ensure data accuracy.
- Administer the Equifax unemployment claims process and meet all associated deadlines.
- Assist with periodic updates to the employee handbook to ensure it remains current with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support and participate in key HR processes and projects as assigned by the HRBP team or manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience preferably in a corporate environment required.
- Experience in data administration and/or prior experience in Human Resources administration is desired.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Share Point, and Power Point). Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, and/or similar systems desired.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate new hire orientations and group presentations effectively.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee data with discretion and confidentiality.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive team player with a solution-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
