Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21 and hour with weekly pay on Friday’s
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Hybrid)

What’s a typical day as a Customer Experience Agent? You’ll be:
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and repeat customers
• Managing key accounts and serving as the point of contact for clients
• Assisting clients with quotes, order processing, and order tracking
• Seeking up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and presenting value-added service options
• Becoming an expert in the procurement of specimens
• Communicating effectively and timely with customers to answer questions and inquiries
• Serving as a liaison between clients and internal departments
• Working with the Sourcing and Project Management team to develop order fulfillment plans
• Providing ongoing support to the business development field team
• Managing opportunities in Salesforce
• Assisting with training new team members

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in science
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a client services position
• Have experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (a plus)
• Have a customer service-oriented attitude
• Have a commitment to quality
• Have the ability to problem solve
• Have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Are highly self-motivated, self-directed, organized, and attentive to detail
• Have the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Have the ability to work both independently and on a team in a collaborative environment
• Are computer savvy and able to adapt quickly to new technologies
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
