Operations Clerk, Generalist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Clerk, Generalist to join our dynamic team at Automatic Data Processing (ADP). As an Operations Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination of operating activities within our organization. You will work closely with the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of our goals. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and practices while making a positive impact on our overall efficiency and productivity.

Job Specifications:
– Job Type: Full-time
– Company: Automatic Data Processing (ADP)
– Location: 11 Northeastern Blvd, Salem, NH 03079, USA
– Pay Rate: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
– Shift: Regular, 40 hours per week

Roles and Responsibilities:
– Assist in coordinating the operating activities of our organization, branch, plant, or department
– Perform various office and administrative tasks to support the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager
– Help develop and implement organizational policies, practices, and procedures
– Communicate company policies to employees and ensure compliance
– Assist in establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet schedules
– Propose measures to improve methods, performance, and product/service quality
– Suggest changes in working conditions to increase efficiency
– Maintain attention to detail and meet daily deadlines
– Lift up to 40lbs when required
– Be able to work on your feet for long periods of time

Qualifications & Skills:
– High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
– Previous experience with Excel (desired)
– Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines
– Strong attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
