Kelly Services is seeking a part-time contract Jr. Marketing Project Manager in Orlando, FL. This position is a hybrid role, with the majority of the work remote.
There may be a need to meet in person for meetings and department or college events.
Pay rate: $23.18/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:00pm- 5:00pm

Summary:
The contract Marketing Project Manager will successfully manage specific client projects, ensuring the Account Services team meets schedule deadlines and due dates within approved program budgets. This contract opportunity is expected to understand the execution needs of client programs, adhere to project and /or campaign timelines and estimates that fit within overarching program schedules and budgets. Additionally, the contract Project Manager is responsible for assuring program/campaign deliverables are presented and reviewed at key milestones and within appropriate and regularly scheduled business meetings to ensure all overarching program/campaign timelines are met and approvals received. The Project Manager reports directly to the Manager of Marketing and supports the entire college.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Project Management certifications a plus
- Preferred candidates will have 3-5 years of experience developing marketing and advertising messaging strategies and successfully executing tactics.
- Preferable experience managing/overseeing more than 25 projects simultaneously.
- Experience with in-house agency or marketing/advertising is strongly preferred.
- Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding and proven experience with creative workflows for print, video digital production required
- Experience with project management workflow software Workamajig, Basecamp, Workfront, MS Project, etc. a plus, Workfront strongly preferred.
- Proficiency or working knowledge of MAC OS and Adobe Creative Suite also is a plus, but not required.
- This is a remote position with a flexible schedule. Flexible schedule but preferred if can work 2-3 full time – 8 hour days.
