Feasibility Specialist
 

Kelly Science & Clinical is hiring for one of our clients who is a growing and accomplished site network to help support clinical site feasibility needs. Assessing feasibility for potential sites to run clinical studies is a critical step in ensuring that selected study sites are well-equipped to conduct the clinical trial successfully and achieve the study’s objectives. This is a direct hire opportunity with a growing company in the industry.   • Remote – Work from home office – Minimal travel if any to site locations  - Prefer Central Region for home office location 

The Feasibility Specialist is responsible for assisting with feasibility questionnaires and submission requests, PSVs, investigator databases, and other study selection activities. The Feasibility Specialist will produce departmental reports, update study metrics and maintain Investigator data in Salesforce and will meet/exceed Key Performance Indicators, as assigned. This role will report to the Feasibility Manager.

Job Description:

  • Coordinates the completion feasibility questionnaires and investigator submissions

  • Manages the data entry process of business development activities in Salesforce related to Opportunity

  • Stage progression through the entire study cycle

  • Assists with PSV scheduling, preparation, documentation and follow up

  • Manages the production and distribution of departmental reports

  • Assists with managing incoming feasibility communications to the business development team

  • Manages Investigator CV addendums in Salesforce Opportunity pages

  • Manages Investigator data in Salesforce Contact pages

  • Leads the preparation for and documentation of internal meetings or requests, as assigned

  • Supports partnership with Business Development to ensure proper communication of status and completion of feasibility questionnaire

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 2+ years clinical research experience

  • Clinical Site feasibility support experience

  • Salesforce or related software experience

  • Strong client engagement aptitude and ability

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexible schedule, based on business needs

Education and Experience:

  • BS degree preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

  • Minimal travel may be required for this position (<10%)
