Kelly, in partnership with a rapidly growing manufacturer, is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor in Skokie, IL. Our client is a premier manufacturer offer an excellent work environment and training opportunities to skyrocket your career.
This is a direct hire position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive vacation, compensation and benefits upon hire!

- Locations: Skokie, IL
- Shift: 2nd shift 2:30pm to 10:30 pm Monday through Friday
- Pay: $84,000 – $97,000, based on experience.
- 15% annual bonus
Job Description:
- Leads teams of Maintenance Mechanics in predictive & preventative maintenance and machine repair.
- Responsible for the development, implementation and day to day supervision of maintenance systems, processes and documentation associated with efficient and High Performing Manufacturing Organizations (Prevention and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, SOP’s, Safety, etc.).
- Ensures maintenance is scheduled in a timely manner and works closely with Production and maintenance planner to schedule and accomplish equipment and facility repairs.
- Develops and/or maintains Key Performance Indicators for tracking and reporting the performance of the maintenance function (supplier performance, 3rd party contractor performance, equipment reliability, downtime, OEE, etc.)
- Provides long term solutions and day-to-day support to all operating teams having issues with troubleshooting, problem analysis, equipment failures, etc.
- Trains employees on proper work methods and safety procedures.
- Ensures tasks are completed in accordance with GMP policies and procedures.
- Maintains accurate records of maintenance work performed and inventory.
- Provides regular status reports to maintenance management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- 2+ years of previous experience as a Maintenance Lead or Supervisor
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
