Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour with shift differential

What’s a typical day as a Casting Operator? You’ll be:
- Performing various day-to-day production tasks on the casting line
- Monitoring the casting process and communicating with team members to ensure production targets are met
- Assisting with the set-up and operation of casting equipment and machinery
- Supporting the casting process to ensure smooth and efficient production runs
- Assisting with routine maintenance on equipment to keep it in good working order
- Maintaining accurate records of production runs, including rates, material usage, and equipment performance
- Following safety protocols during casting runs and reporting any concerns to management
- Collaborating with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implementing changes
