Wage – $22-28 per hour

What’s a typical day as a Press Brake Operator? You’ll be:
• Operating a press brake to manufacture tools, equipment, and other components from sheet metal or metal plates.
• Preparing, setting up, and adjusting press brake as required by product plans and production schedules.
• Using CNC and Manual press brakes to complete tasks efficiently.
• Ensuring that there are sufficient raw materials available and measuring and aligning materials to be used.
• Inspecting products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Performing routine maintenance on the press brake and maintaining a clean work area.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
• Reporting to the [Job Title].
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have the ability to safely and effectively operate press brake controls.
• Are able to follow instructions and read, interpret, and follow product plans.
• Possess basic computer and math skills.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have at least one year of experience in metal fabrication or related work (preferred).
• Are physically able to operate the press brake and perform tasks such as standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Can lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
