Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$20-22/hour
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday
2:00 pm 12:30 am, hour unpaid lunch, 2 paid breaks

What’s a typical day as a CNC Machine Operator? You’ll be:
• Safely setting up and operating machines and equipment
• Monitoring machines during operation to detect any issues or malfunctions
• Adjusting machine settings as needed
• Performing routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Inspecting finished products for quality assurance
• Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have previous related experience in a manufacturing environment and use of power tools
• Possess a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery
• Have basic knowledge of safety protocols and ability to adhere to safety guidelines and quality standards in a manufacturing environment
• Can read and understand technical documents and blueprints
• Have good communication skills
• Have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Are willing to work flexible hours or shifts as needed
