Kelly is assisting our client in Chippewa Falls with Machine Operator positions. These are temporary to hire opportunities working for a plastic manufacturing organization.

08hour 1st Monday-Friday 7am-3pm $22.00/hr.
08hour 2nd Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm $22.75/hr.

The basics of working as Machine Operator include:
• Set-up, run, troubleshoot and tear down plastic fabrication lines
• Mixing of raw materials prior to production run
• Measure and inspection of final products to ensure customer requirements are met
• Operation of equipment including saws, punches, drills, and routers
• Package and palletize finished goods
• Responsible for general housekeeping on all lines

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred, will train machine operation skills
• Ability to use hand-held tools including wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers etc.
• Good math, mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
