Kelly, a leader in providing workforce solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry/Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate data entry and providing exceptional customer service to our client.
Please note: that this is a contract position set at 4 weeks with the possibility to extend.
Responsibilities:

  1. Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, including entering customer information, sales orders and other relevant data into our database.

  2. Maintain data integrity by verifying and updating information regularly, identifying and correcting errors

  3. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.

  4. Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary.

  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely shipment, and delivery of products to customers.

  6. Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and availability of stock.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or customer service is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

  • Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Outlook.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues with empathy and professionalism.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer demands.

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
