Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Pay: $25.39/hr
This position will be ONSITE in Marysville, OH

What’s a typical day as a Material Planner?
The function of this position is to coordinate the material planning of various locations for KD Import parts shipped directly to HDMA plants and/or local suppliers. To manage the ordering and inventory control of those parts, and assure timely delivery of same to the various International Supply Chain Import (Regional Logistics Center (RLC) customers.

What we are seeking?

  •  Knowledge of basic inventory management and manufacturing workflow

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  •  Strong organizational skills.

  •  Ability to prioritize tasks and work with limited direction.

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex problems in a team-based work environment.

  • Consistently identify opportunities for continuous improvement

  •  Collect data and apply business knowledge to solve a range of problems

  • Effectively lead project themes

  • Effectively sell ideas, securing buy-in from individuals or team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Must be able to work overtime approximately 5-10 hours per week.

  • Work in a fast paced environment with demanding and critical deadlines.

  • Traveling between Plant/Divisions or special assignments.

  • Must be able to work weekends and/or adjusted hours during monthly order timing and to help provide support during peak times of year or as needed.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or equivalent related
experience.
5 years experience if no degree in related field.
