Deburr/ Finishing Operator – Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Deburr/ Finishing Operator at one of our Global clients in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.

Title: Deburr/ Finishing Operator
Location: Palm Beach Gardens (33410)
Pay: open; plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F 3pm-11:30pm
Duration: Long term contract (minimum 1 year)
Responsibilities:
- Apply hand tools such as files, steel brushes and cutting tools to remove burrs and to ensure smooth surfaces.
- Polish metal surface as specified on manufacturing drawings.
- Select deburring materials and tools and process machined components to remove burrs, sharp edges, dents, scratches and other surface defects.
- Verify dimensions where deburring could affect diminished dimensions.
- Visually and tactually inspect surfaces for flaws and smoothness
- Other duties as assigned
- Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one’s job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times.
- Diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor or our Chief Compliance Officer.

- One year experience performing deburring and dimensional measurements in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and comprehend drawings and procedures.
- Basic math skills add, subtract, multiply and divide
- EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or general education degree GED or equivalent experience
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit and use hands to finger handle or feel. The employee sometimes is required to reach with hands and arms, stand and walk, stoop or crouch, talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift up to 65 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
