Job Title: Manufacturing Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support the daily operations of manufacturing teams. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sterility within regulated environments, assisting with various production processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards. The specialist will be responsible for supporting team operations, managing supplies, documenting processes, and collaborating with other departments to improve overall efficiency and cleanliness.
Location: Winston Salem NC
Shift: Sunday-Wednesday 12:30pm-11pm
Salary: $45,000-$52,000/year
Full time direct hire role
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Perform routine processing of in-house solutions and maintain clean environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare solutions for facility sanitization and ensure critical areas remain sterile.
- Maintain cleanliness in production areas and other essential spaces to minimize contamination risks.
- Follow established cleaning procedures for equipment and workspaces.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Complete required logs and documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain proper records of activities in line with industry best practices.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and verifying compliance.
Material & Equipment Management:
- Track and manage inventory of cleaning materials and supplies.
- Ensure proper storage and readiness of tools and equipment.
- Support product preparation processes and maintain accurate documentation.
Safety & Training:
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry regulations and best practices.
- Report safety concerns or deviations promptly.
Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Work with teams across departments to ensure efficient operations and compliance.
- Assist in the development and refinement of cleaning and manufacturing procedures.
- Support team members with various tasks as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Training:
- Associates degree preferred
- Certification or training in relevant areas is a plus.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing(cGMP) or regulated environment.
- Familiarity with standard cleaning procedures and industry guidelines is beneficial.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with documentation practices and compliance forms.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
