Why you should apply to be a Call Center Representative:
• Pay rate: $15.00 – $15.50 per hour
• First shift: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm (Mon., Tues. Fri. Sat and Sun)
• First Shift Floater: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm (Mon., Wed, and Sat) Must be available to fill in other shifts if needed.
• Second Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm (Mon., Wed., Thurs., Fri. and Sat)
What’s a typical day as a Call Center Representative? You’ll be:
• Directing patient and hospital calls to the appropriate departments.
• Answering general questions and providing information to callers.
• Listening to customer concerns and solving problems.
• Handling inbound and outbound phone conversations with clients.
• Responding appropriately to a variety of customers with different issues and queries.
• Demonstrating exceptional active listening and verbal communication skills.
• Retaining knowledge of hospital services and procedures.
• Maintaining attention to detail and organization.
• Remaining calm under pressure and working at a fast pace.
