Inventory Control Associate Job Summary: Responsible for executing day-to-day operations to maintain inventory accuracy and perform parts picking. Assist in investigating root causes of inventory discrepancies, perform inventory counts, and complete system transactions. Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize workload. 3+ years of related experience required. Monday to Friday 8am-4:45pm

Inventory Coordinator: Responsible for order pulling, managing Stock Transfer Orders, and maintaining productivity. Perform inventory counts, maintain accurate pick records, coordinate shipments, and handle inventory transactions. 2+ years of experience preferred. High school diploma required. Ability to multitask, physical capabilities, SAP/ERP and Excel proficiency preferred. Analytical problem-solving skills and proactive Monday to Friday 8am-4:45pm mindset.

Receiving Coordinator Job Description: Responsible for unloading trucks, pallet teardown, scanning part numbers, and labeling inventory for put away. Assist with segregating purchase orders and stock transfer orders, perform parts count verification, and ensure timely receiving processing. Maintain 7S housekeeping standards. High school diploma required. 3+ years of experience preferred. 9-5:45 Mon-Fri

Inbound Operations Data Entry Specialist Job Description: Responsible for processing material receipts promptly and coordinating receiving schedules. Lead team members in supporting receiving functions for direct and indirect material. Manage receipt discrepancies, track carrier information, and ensure customer requirements are met. Support 7S initiatives and maintain warehouse cleanliness. 3+ years of experience required. 9-5:45 Mon-Fri
