Job Specifications:
– Job Type: Full-time
– Location: Virginia Beach, VA
– Pay Rate: $19/hr
– Shift: Monday-Friday, 4pm-12am

Roles and Responsibilities:
– Operate forklifts to transport materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, and production lines.
– Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of goods and minimizing damage.
– Perform daily safety checks on forklifts and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
– Keep accurate records of inventory movements and assist with stock counts.
– Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
– Maintain a clean and organized work area.
– Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines.
– Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including packaging and sorting.

Qualifications & Skills:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, specifically operating forklifts.
– Proven leadership and team management skills.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
– Dexterity to handle small tools and components.
– Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the production floor for extended periods.
– Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ISO, and Environmental Standards.
