What’s a typical day as a Facilities Manager? You’ll be:

• Coordinating Space and Energy Optimization: Start the day by reviewing workspace usage and identifying areas for improved capacity or energy efficiency to support company sustainability goals.
• Managing Vendor Relations and Contracts: Oversee vendor services, conduct contract negotiations, and ensure maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget, ensuring high-quality service for all facility needs.
• Overseeing EHS Compliance and Safety: Conduct EHS checks and coordinate with teams to ensure facilities meet environmental and safety standards, addressing any issues swiftly.
• Supporting EV Charging Infrastructure Projects: Work closely with contractors and permitting offices to manage EV charging installations, optimizing systems to support the company’s electric vehicle fleet.
• Collaborating with IT and Infrastructure Teams: Address infrastructure or technical support needs, ensuring that sites remain operational and efficiently managed while staying aligned with IT requirements.

Shift: Mon – Fri – 9:00am – 5:00pm – Sat and Sun off
Salary: $85k – $90k
                               
Benefits offered: 

• Healthcare The healthcare plan will be valued at the ACA’s “Gold” level or above, 80% – Plan paid (employer contribution + employee payroll deduction) 20% – Employee out-of-pocket expenses
• Eight fully paid sick days per year 
• Paid Time Off: 10 working days per year

• Paid Parental Leave: 12 weeks fully paid parental leave 401K (Matching 5% Max)
