Job details

Manufacturing Technician
Location:  Onsite- San Francisco, CA (Boardman Pl)
Contract Length:  2 months

Job Role:

  • Assemble complex electro-mechanical products according to provided work instructions

  • Fastening parts utilizing a variety of tools and techniques

  • Executing basic test protocols

  • Help identify necessary updates to assembly procedures

  • Keep a clean and organized workplace Inspect others’ work for quality purposes

  • Support other tasks when needed (Logistics, Material, Prototype, etc.)

  • Reports safety issues to supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Prior experience in mechanical assembly

  • Understands how to handle static-sensitive electrical components

  • Strong understanding of basic hand and power tools

  • Understanding of standard PPE practices

  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

  • Ability to ascend and descend multiple-step ladders frequently

  • Automotive or autonomous vehicle assembly experience preferred

  • Professional soldering experience preferred

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $32 – $37/hr. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
