Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Starting rate of $18/hr, with biweekly payments every other week.

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
- Controlling the machine manually through the keypad during the Thermal Forming Process, which includes press, oven, and cut operations.
- Setting up machinery and ensuring all production materials are available.
- Monitoring machine operations to detect any issues.
- Performing basic programming tasks for machine operations, including loading stamping tools and fixing operations as needed.
- Maintaining a clean work area, including the floor, machine, and stamping tools.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have basic mechanical knowledge.
- Are proficient in HMI automation production machines (Human Machine Interface).
- Possess a strong understanding of quality control procedures.
- Are skilled in fabrication and assembly processes.
- Are proficient in using various hand tools for machine adjustments and maintenance.
- Have basic programming skills for machine setup and operation.
- Are familiar with mechanical work and have the initiative to watch, act, and fix issues as they arise.
