Position:  Order Management Specialist
 
 
Job Summary:
The Renewable Energy Order Management Administrator will be responsible for order fulfillment activities for External customer demands. This role will also serve as back-up to the Parts Customer Fulfillment Specialists providing customer follow-up and quotation preparation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
 
·        Order entry/order management; Enter external customer orders received via email and restore.
·        Communicate with the customer anticipated ship dates and backorder date information.
·        Elevate down turbine and other priority back ordered part requirements to Parts Expeditor.
·        Work with Warehouse Team on both day to day and special shipping requirements.
·        Communicate any part supersedure’s and alternate part number information to customers.
·        Communicate with Buyers on part status.
·        Respond to requests for price and availability.
·        Formal quotes
·        Capital parts/NUS
·        Part ID/compatibility 
·        PO corrections & exceptions 
·        Invoice issues 
·        Provide backorder support 
·        Respond to requests for returns for credit/returns for replacement due to quality issues
·        Log non-conformance reports
·        Customer meetings 
·        Team meetings 
·        Tax exemption certificates into DECM/Sabrix
·        Shipment Report
 
Required Qualifications & Experience:
·        Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
·        Strong attention to detail and complete resolution
·        Ability to achieve results with minimal supervision
·        Strong customer service mindset
·        Strong oral and written communication skills
·        Strong interpersonal and leadership skills 
 
Desired Characteristics:
 
·        Demostrated skill in all Microsoft Office tools required (Excel(v-lookups, Queries, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook) 
·        Knowledge of Oracle ERP/ GE Wind Parts and Applications 
·        Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Finance/Accounting or Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Project Management)
·        Exceptional planning, organizing and follow-up skills
