Location: Must be able to report onsite to Chicago, IL

What’s a typical day as a Provider Program Administrative Analyst? You’ll be:
• Conducting analysis and research to support program management and administration
• Managing assignments and testing to validate resolutions based on analysis
• Identifying process improvements and implementing new products or providers
• Coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth program implementation
• Maintaining data and processing information accurately
• Researching and resolving issues, answering inquiries, and reporting results
• Coordinating system testing and working with internal resources for implementation and operation tasks
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of experience in managed care or network management involving independent work and judgment
• Have at least 3 years of project management experience, including leading and planning projects
• Possess experience in issue analysis/research and identifying process improvements
• Have testing experience and have led projects
• Are familiar with government programs such as Medicaid and Medicare
• Have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal and presentation skills
• Are proficient in PC applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
