Job Title: Assembly Worker – Panel Technician I
Location: Randolph, MA
Pay Range: $20 – $25 per hour (based on skill level)
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Overview:
Our client is a manufacturing company seeking a detail-oriented Panel Technician I to join our assembly team. This role involves assembling and wiring control panels by interpreting blueprints and schematics, using hand tools, and working with small components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and mount components on sub-panels, following blueprints and schematics.
- Cut, crimp, and label wires according to specifications.
- Use hand tools, including screwdrivers, to install and secure small parts.
- Mark components on the sub-panel for clarity and accuracy.
- Work with control panels and ensure all components meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience with hand tools and working with small parts.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
