Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Hourly rate of pay is $18
This is a temp to hire position that will train on 1st shift, then transfer to 3rd shift.

What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Operator? You’ll be:
• Following and observing all safety rules, good manufacturing practices, company rules, and daily instructions from supervision
• Keeping all air hoses, ladders, tools, and other equipment off the floor and stored in an appropriate place
• Checking all systems on a regular basis to ensure smooth operation and addressing any blockages or issues promptly
• Assisting the Assistant Operator and reporting any mechanical or flow problems to the Special Products Supervisor
• Completing all daily paperwork on time
• Troubleshooting motors and machinery
• Providing product samples and making quality adjustments based on results reported by the Quality Control Lab
• Performing safety and sanitation audits with supervisor as required
