Kelly® is seeking a Mechanical Inspector in Westborough, MA to work at a premier manufacturer and distributor of high precision mechanical components and assemblies.
Monday-Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay: $31-$36/hr

What’s a typical day as a Mechanical Inspector? You’ll be:
• Performing mechanical and visual inspection of turned and milled components made in our shop and from outside suppliers.
• Working in accordance with ISO 9001-2015 standards.
• Utilizing various inspection tools and equipment such as micrometers, drop indicators, height gage, Microview, OGP Vision System, Keyence, microscopes, and CMM Zeiss.
• Conducting inspections at different stages including 1st piece, in-process, incoming, and final inspections.
• Collecting and analyzing SPC data.
• Creating Defective Material Reports (DMR), issuing internal and external/supplier rejects, and preparing Corrective Action Request (SCAR) reports.
• Participating in the Material Review Board process.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Are proficient in using micrometers, drop indicators, height gage, and have experience with Microview, OGP Vision System, Keyence, microscopes, shop math, and basic GDT.
• Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and can effectively interact with others.
• Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze and identify problems.
• Have excellent organizational skills.
• Have experience with basic ERP systems and Excel.
