Kelly is hiring in Glendale Heights!
 Experienced Medical Assemblers needed for possible temp to hire positions Work Information:

  • Shifts:

    • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

    • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday.


  • Pay Range:

    • $18 – $24/hr. (depending on experience).


Duties and Responsibilities:
General:

  • Follow Medical Murray Quality system and applicable SOPs.

  • Maintain good relationships with coworkers and handle conflicts maturely.

  • Work with minimal supervision and complete assignments accurately.

  • Maintain confidentiality per company policy.

  • Adhere to safety requirements.

Assembly Responsibilities:

  • Follow released documents to produce products, report conflicts to supervisor.

  • Produce components, subassemblies, or final assemblies with minimal supervision.

  • Perform in-line checks and utilize hand tools such as calipers and rulers.

  • Conduct in-line product testing.

  • Identify defects and communicate them to supervisors.

  • Operate various equipment like adhesive dispensers, UV cure, vertical shrinker, etc.

  • Track materials, tools, and procedures during device manufacturing.

Documentation and Line Clearance:

  • Prepare station and perform line clearance as per procedure.

  • Ensure training is up-to-date before commencing work.

  • Perform CER cleaning for individual stations.

  • Accurately fill out LHRs or forms.

  • Provide job training support to coworkers as directed.

  • Inform lead or supervisor of issues like calibration expiry, high scrap rate, etc.

  • Advise supervisor of needed tool or equipment repairs.

  • Assist in other work-related areas as required.

Requirements:

  • Must:

    • Speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.

    • Work with small hand tools and under a microscope for an 8-hour shift.

    • Proficient with tools like calipers, micrometers, scalpels, soldering irons, and tweezers.

    • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
