• Pay: $18.50/hr
• Work Schedule: 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday-Friday. May work from home on Fridays when fully trained (approx. 6 weeks),

• Assignment length: 6 months with possible extension

What’s a typical day as a Late Truck Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Maintaining late truck email: communicating late delivery information and providing follow-up correspondence per department procedures.
• Working closely with the Appointment Coordinator to alert necessary personnel of potential late trucks as identified by track and trace.
• Communicating any issues with deliveries to the Vendor Management team.
• Running appointment verification daily and cross-checking the system.
• Administering late coding for late customer deliveries and tracking/reporting per period.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have operations, transportation, and/or logistics planning experience
• Are detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Have strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Have strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Are willing to accept continual repetitive changes in a fast-paced environment
• Are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and typing 40 wpm.
