Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $18/hour
Job Description:
Kelly Services is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our team in Evansville, IN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the customer’s packaged and pre-packaged products that are shipped, received, and stored at our facility. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating warehouse forklifts safely at all times
- Ensuring products and supplies are safely handled and accurately recorded into our system
- Verifying the condition of customer packages and reporting non-conformance on NCR forms
- Maintaining housekeeping of Warehouse and Dock facilities
- Assisting in all warehouse operations as required
- Reporting findings of contaminants to management
- Taking product samples as needed
- Communicating all problems and issues to management
- Accurately inputting data into the system as needed
Qualifications:
- Must have 1 year of sit-down propane forklift experience (certified forklift license preferred)
- Must have at least 6 consecutive months of daily forklift driving experience
- A valid state driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds for 15 minutes
- Ability to lift and move pallets weighing up to 75 pounds
