For those who want to keep growing, learning, and evolving. We at Kelly® hear you, and we’re here for you! We’re seeking an Assembly Technicians to work at a premier HVACR manufacturer in Langhorne, PA.
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
- OT is mandatory if requested, usually about 1 Saturday per month, half-day 6am-10am
Pay: $18-$20 per hour, based upon experience

What’s a typical day as an Assembly Technician? You’ll be:
• Assisting the manufacturing lead and other associates in the assembly of various HVACR charging and vacuum hoses.
• Involvement in the manufacturing process from gathering sub-components needed for assembly to the finalization of
our product, including conducting preventative maintenance of machinery and testing finished products.
• Utilizing forklifts and other machinery to gather components and handle packaged goods.
• Ensuring manufacturing best practices at our facility.
• Assisting the manufacturing lead with additional duties such as cleaning the manufacturing room and assisting in
locating finished goods for outbound delivery.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have at least 1 year of experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in the HVACR industry.
• Are able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Have a GED or High School Diploma.
• Can follow verbal and written instructions.
• Are able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Have the ability and strength to utilize small hand tools for assembly.
