What’s a typical day as an Associate Technician – Manufacturing Operations? You’ll be:
• Reading and complying with the Company’s Environmental and Quality Policies
• Assuming personal responsibility for safety performance and demonstrating a genuine concern for the safety of co-workers
• Maintaining acceptable housekeeping standards
• Setting up extruders to run products in accordance with standard operating conditions
• Maintaining proper records, including run logs/sheets, feed blends, packaging reports, and work orders
• Completing product turn-arounds, including cleaning equipment and preventing product contamination
• Troubleshooting processing problems with the product
• Troubleshooting equipment failure and performing repairs

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma, GED, or 5 years of manufacturing experience
• Have 2 or more years of work experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Can meet the quality expectations for manufacturing
• Are able to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and overtime
• Are comfortable working around 300 – 700-degree Fahrenheit extrusion equipment
• Are able to work at elevated heights and regularly climb stairs and ladders
• Are able to perform regular crouching
