Customer Support Representative I
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative I to join our team at Automatic Data Processing (ADP). As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization while gaining valuable experience in the field of customer support.
Job Specifications:
– Job Type: Full-time
– Pay rate- $20.35
– Company: Automatic Data Processing (ADP)
– Location: Salem, NH
— Shift: Regular, 40 hours per week
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Assist with the coordination of the operating activities of the organization, branch, plant, or department.
– Perform various office and administrative tasks to support the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager.
– Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies, practices, and procedures.
– Communicate company policies to employees and enforce them effectively.
– Help establish or adjust work procedures to meet schedules.
– Propose measures to improve methods, performance, and product/service quality.
– Suggest changes in working conditions to increase efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Experience with Excel is highly desired.
– Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
– Attention to detail is crucial.
– Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
– Willingness to work on your feet for long periods of time.
