Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25.50 / hr.

What’s a typical day as a Contract Administrator? You’ll be:
• Editing and managing department documents, both electronic and hardcopy.
• Running errands off-site as necessary, such as post office visits and food and beverage pickups for meetings and events.
• Ordering office supplies and creating expense reports.
• Organizing site events with support from others.
• Sending site communications via email and tracking responses.
• Setting up meetings and organizing manager’s calendars as requested.
• Managing email distribution lists.
• Learning to backup existing employees for purchase requisitioning and reporting in SAP.
• Escalating printer issues to Xerox and managing them.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Are proficient in document management and organization.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Have a personal vehicle for running off-site errands.
• Are comfortable working with confidential information.
• Have experience with SAP (preferred).
