We’re seeking an Ultra-Pure Water Facilities Technician to work at a premier semiconductor client in Chandler, AZ. This opportunity could be the one you’ve been looking for.

Compensation: $22.00 – $24.19 per hour. Competitive salary based on experience.

    What’s a typical day as an Ultra-Pure Water Technician? You’ll be:

     

• Starting up UPW equipment under the direction of a system engineer.
• Taking UPW samples and performing routine analysis using test equipment.
• Operating UPW equipment and systems using computer interfaces.
• Performing maintenance activities on UPW equipment and test equipment.
• Loading/unloading UPW resin, RO membranes, filters, etc.
• Offloading liquid chemicals from tank trucks to bulk storage tanks.
• Using forklifts/mobile elevated platforms/pallet jacks to move equipment and materials.
• Developing pre-task plans.
• Working as a team member with outstanding customer service skills.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Enjoy working out in the field

  • Have at least 2-3 years of specific UPW operations experience.

  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills, including experience with MS Word/Excel and general familiarity with computer use.

  • Have a minimum of 4-6 years of overall experience.

  • Hold an AS degree (preferred) or have a HS diploma or GED with military experience in lieu of a degree or additional experience of at least 6 years.

  • Are willing to undergo training on systems is a requirement for the position.
