  • Dynamic Shifts: Whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, we have shifts that fit your lifestyle!

    • 1st Shift: 5 am to 4 pm

    • 2nd Shift: 4 pm to 3:30 am (+ 10% shift premium!)

    • Flexibility: Training starts on 1st shift and transitions to 2nd shift (2 weeks to 2 months). Saturdays? Sometimes, but think of that sweet overtime!

Competitive Pay:

  • Starting at $20.00/hr!

  • Work Hard, Earn More: Clock in 40-55 hours per week!

Your Skills Make You Shine:

  • Steel Sorcery: Expert in fabricating structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.

  • Experience Counts: 2-3 years of solid experience.

  • Strength Guaranteed: Able to lift 50 pounds.

Your Daily Adventures:

  • Hands-On: Lift, position, and remove workpieces like a pro.

  • Precision Focused: Measure and mark using a tape measure.

  • Movement Maestro: Load, stack, and transport with finesse (hand or crane).

  • Operational Mastery: Run yard equipment and overhead cranes.

  • Tough Job, More Brains: Chain and clamp workpieces for smooth transitions.

  • Metal Magic: Clean and grind metal for fabrication, welding, painting, or shipping.

  • Neat Freak: Keep work areas, machines, tools, and equipment spotless.

What We Crave:

  • Certified Wizard: Weld certified in carbon steel (MIG & SMAW); stainless steel & aluminum (TIG) a plus.

  • Blueprint Guru: Read and understand blueprints effortlessly.

  • Team Avengers: Motivated, detail-oriented, and a great team player.

  • Smarts & Skills: Strong analytical skills, mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, reading, and math skills.

  • Language Pro: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

  • Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Independent Performer: Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.
