Kelly is currently seeking an SMT Operation in Greenville, TX. If you’re looking for an opportunity to gain experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Check out the perks:

• Gain hands-on experience in SMT operation and process using various software.
• Troubleshoot various pieces of equipment and perform preventive maintenance of SMT equipment.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality control and safety management mindset.

Pay: $15.00 + (based on experience)

Shifts Available:
• 1st shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

What’s a typical day as an SMT Operation? You’ll be:
• Verifying PCB identification, program name, conveyor width, solder paste, and mistake proofing.
• Performing operation, setup, and product changeover.
• Installing and repairing other electronics components such as resistors and capacitors.
• Conducting visual inspections of SMT assemblies.
• Maintaining accurate job tracking records.
• Following manufacturing instructions and practicing 5s.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a focus on quality control and a safety management mindset.
• Have dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble small parts and components.
• Can identify electronic components, polarities, and location designators.
• Have an understanding of Bill of Materials & Drawings.
• Have reliable attendance, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
