Fluidics Engineer 
| San Diego, CA | Temp to Hire | $48-52/hr | 

Kelly Science and Clinical is excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a Fluidic Engineer specializing in fluidic systems, wet lab operations, and innovation-driven projects! This role allows you to work on cutting-edge fluidic and mechanical systems for laboratory applications, with a focus on driving groundbreaking solutions in biology and chemistry.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and test fluidic and mechanical systems, focusing on fluidic devices.
– Perform hands-on lab work, including pipetting, reagent handling, and maintaining a well-organized lab environment.
– Develop and test fluidic systems for accuracy and scalability.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit project milestones.
– Analyze experimental data and present findings effectively.
– Take ownership of projects, solve complex challenges, and suggest process improvements.

Minimum Requirements:
– B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
– 2+ years of wet lab experience, including pipetting, reagent handling, and system testing.
– Hands-on experience developing and testing mechanical and fluidic systems.
– Basic coding knowledge (Python preferred).
– Strong communication and presentation skills.
– Basic understanding of molecular biology and CAD.

Preferred Requirements:
– M.S. or higher in a related field.
– Experience with microfluidic device design and testing.
– Advanced CAD skills and experience with experiment design and project planning.
