Pay Range:  $17-$20 per hour depending upon experience.

Shift:  M-F, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with overtime as needed

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Associate? You’ll be:

  • Answering customer phone calls and emails and responding timely and accurately to customer questions

  • Providing information about the client’s products and services and assisting customers with their orders

  • Entering and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

  • Confirming stock and lead times with vendors and processing purchase orders when necessary

  • Supporting outside sales by drafting quotes and assisting with customer service activities

  • Processing customer payments and refunds accurately

  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Big Commerce and Mas 90

  • Proactively resolving customer complaints or escalating them to the appropriate department or manager

  • Collaborating with other associates and departments to ensure good communication, employee morale, customer satisfaction, and loyalty

  • Staying updated on the latest merchandise, promotions, and policies

  • Providing feedback on the customer service process and suggesting ways to improve

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
