Pharmaceutical Marketing Manager
Location: Miami, FL
Salary: $80,000-$115,000/year
Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 days work from home Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
Kelly Science is recruiting for a Marketing Manager for a dynamic company in the CDMO/Pharma industry, committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service. We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to develop and implement multichannel marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Design and execute multichannel marketing strategies by analyzing economic indicators, tracking supply and demand trends, and monitoring competitor activities.
- Corporate Marketing Plan: Lead the creation and execution of the corporate marketing plan across all business units.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including advertising agencies, webmasters, and tradeshow companies.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Social Media Oversight: Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence.
- Performance Analysis: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing effectiveness against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Market Research: Conduct research and analysis on market trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
- Content Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the creation of articles, press releases, blog posts, and social media content.
- Graphic Design Management: Oversee graphic design production for all marketing collateral.
- Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate tradeshow arrangements, including registration, shipping, and promotion.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science.
- Proven experience in digital marketing within the CDMO, Pharma, Biopharma, or Biotech industries (medical device not relevant).
- Familiarity with the drug development process.
- Experience leading and managing junior marketing team members.
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO/SEM, email marketing, database marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Pardot, and managing campaigns through Salesforce.
- Experience with marketing automation and Global Data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting and executing marketing plans.
- Exceptional project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in optimizing landing pages and analyzing website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMRush.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Creative mindset with a metrics-driven approach to marketing.
- Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to engage and build rapport across all organizational levels.
