Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Virginia Beach
- Pay Rate: $21/hr
- Shift: 4p-12am
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct equipment testing using various tools (profile tester, roughness tester, calipers, etc.).
- Perform CMM programming on ZEISS and HEXAGON machines.
- Execute metrology activities like validations and calibrations.
- Collaborate on assigned tasks and interpret GD&T drawings.
- Ensure compliance with automotive requirements (control plans, PFMEA).
- Recommend improvements to preventive maintenance procedures.
- Promote safety awareness and report any safety concerns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Metal/Automotive quality roles.
- Proficient in metrology tools and CMM programming.
- Strong understanding of automotive standards and GD&T.
- MSA experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
