Compensation: $19-22/hr

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am -4:00pm 

Length: Contract 6-9 months

What’s a typical day as a Sales Representative,Quoting? You’ll be:
• Providing internal support for the company sales force, including processing sales quotes and revisions.
• Sourcing components and creating new component forms if necessary.
• Cross-referencing competitors’ specifications/trays to manually create quotes for Sales Representatives.
• Creating completed custom and/or standard tray quotes with packaging and cost centers.
• Setting up new and maintaining existing Hospitals and making Dealer Code changes in the ERP system.
• Articulating special instructions and reviewing unique customer specified assembling instructions.
• Initiating the private label customer specifications process and capturing any required changes.
• Setting up customer supplied products in the ERP system.
• Maintaining required customer specifications in Device Master Record (DMR) and on the DMR Customer Specification public shared folder.
• Maintaining the required Gross Profit Percentage (GP%) Approvals for CPT changes.
• Communicating tray numbers requiring rebate and cost check review to the Purchasing Department.
• Assisting Sales Representatives in processing mass changes.
• Supporting and providing backup for prototyping functions.
• Assisting with special projects for Sales Representatives, customers, and Sales management team.
• Performing additional duties as directed.

• Have a High School diploma or GED.
• Have 3 or more years of related sales support/customer service experience.
• Have knowledge of the Health Care industry.
• Have exceptional customer service/interpersonal skills.
• Can work cooperatively with people at all levels.
• Can communicate professionally with employees, customers, and vendors.
• Have excellent written communication skills.
• Can calculate basic mathematical figures.
• Have strong problem-solving skills.
• Can perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and with strong attention-to-detail.
• Can organize, manage, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a strong work ethic and can work independently.
• Can adapt to a changing work environment and varying daily tasks.
• Can use Microsoft Office Suite.
• Can learn company software programs such as the Company’s ERP system.
• Can work well in a team environment.
• Can process and safeguard sensitive and confidential information.
• Can operate standard office equipment.
