Join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial team and discover an exciting opportunity as a Production Worker with a top-tier company in Lima, NY! We’re looking for motivated individuals to bring their energy and skills to a role that could lead to something great.

 Pay: $18/hr (Temp to Hire)
 Shift: A Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Friday)

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Team up with dedicated coworkers to assemble a variety of products and devices.

  • Receive hands-on training to read work instructions, operate hand and power tools, and inspect workpieces before packaging and labeling them for shipment.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company procedures.

Who Should Apply?

  • Those with experience in assembly, fabrication, industrial sewing, construction, or even fast food (extra bonus points!).

  • Anyone who’s mechanically inclined and loves figuring out how things work.

  • Individuals with basic math skills, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
